Welcome to the brand-new Integrity newsletter! We are excited to kick off this new aspect of communication to keep all offices in touch with one another. These newsletters will provide employees with information on the top reps from the month prior, incentives and spiffs for the current month, and other various tidbits going on within the Integrity family! We will also include a “Value Menu” with key tips about auto and homes. This will act as a small training section with monthly bits to brush up on. With that being said, let's get to it!

We are excited to name:
Julie Lazcano as the number one rep in the CA office with 89 deals in the month of August. Way to go Julie, keep up the good work!
Alex Callardo sits as the top rep for August in the Boston office with 48 deals- let’s keep this going!
Jessica Beardsley was on a role this past month with 75 deals in the Charleston office- nice going, Jessica!
And finally, (drum roll please) our top sales rep for the month of August amongst all offices was:
Desiree Freshwater out of MO. Desiree closed 97 deals and is the sales rep to beat!!
Top TO’s:
Jordan Nunes came in as the top TO rep for the month of August in CA with 138 deals. TO
Maryann Anderson, takes home gold for the Charleston office with 116 deals.
Marissa Gaede is our top TO in this company for the month of August with 228 deals and an average profit of $1,797! Congrats on being the best of last month, Marissa!

The Charleston office is hosting some fun competition with a Fantasy Football league while also sponsoring a NFL Football weekly pick em’. With this, employees compete for the chance to win $50 every week.

Customer Service Department Highlights
We would like to recognize customer service rep, Courtney Boyd out of the Charleston office for her outstanding performance in all aspects. Courtney is a go-getter, and her positive attitude is contagious both on and off the phones.
We cannot choose one way to highlight Team Lead, Stephanie Lopez out of the CA office. Stephanie is amazing in every aspect, and we admire her persistence in the workplace. Stephanie has yet to shy away from a difficult task which is something we appreciate about her.
We are excited to announce that
Tiffany Patterson had the most collections in the accounts receivable department with 484 collections. Nice work!
If you need tips on time management, go chat with CA Team Lead, Justin Pepper. Along with his cheerful personality, Justin has his ducks in a row, and we are amazed by his time management skills.
We would also like to extend a warm welcome to Todd McCullough III who recently joined us in the Customer Service team. Integrity is very excited to have you and take you in as part of the team. Known as the “dad of the office”, senior customer service rep
Jason Hastey & Richard Camacho are both vital assets to the success of auto. We commend them on their willingness to go the extra mile along with their superb customer service skills.
We would also like to recognize customer service rep Andrew Montiel, out of CA for his great use of time and extremely productive work ethic.
Dave Hartung is being recognized for his positive communication skills within the office and on the phones.
Congrats to Trena Waters who took the most calls in the department with a total of 1083 calls in the month of August.

September brings more than changing leaves and cooler weather. The season of Autumn represents ripening and abundance which we feel can translate directly into a fresh attitude in the workplace!
With summer coming to an end, September is a perfect time to set some new goals for not only the month but the season ahead of us! Let’s focus on mastering the script even more and ripening into the best reps in the industry!

The average labor rate for an auto repair in the US has skyrocketed to an all-time high of up to $170 per hour.
With the cost of new and preowned vehicles, these dealerships are seeing more and more 4 to 5 thousand dollar repairs to keep cars on the road just because most folks can't afford a new car.
According to HomeAdvisor, the average technician’s hourly rate is over $100 per hour!
According to HomeAdvisor, full HVAC unit replacement costs range from $5,000 to $10,000, with the national average at $7,000
According to the one percent rule, you should set aside at least one percent of your home's value every year for home maintenance. For a $360,000 house, this works out to $3,600 per year, or $300 per month.
