Welcome to the brand-new Integrity newsletter! We are excited to kick off this new aspect of communication to keep all offices in touch with one another. These newsletters will provide employees with information on the top reps from the month prior, incentives and spiffs for the current month, and other various tidbits going on within the Integrity family! We will also include a “Value Menu” with key tips about auto and homes. This will act as a small training section with monthly bits to brush up on. With that being said, let's get to it!
May Top Performers
Top Reps
We are excited to announce the top reps for the month of May!
Brandon Bolanos brought home first place in home sales out of California for the second month in a row! Bolanos ended May with 89 deals. Nice work!
Julie Lazcano came in first place out of the California office with 58 auto sales. Keep up the good work!
Tonya Christians ended on top for the month of May with 83 home deals for Missouri. Nice work, Tonya!
Tim Wheeler out of Missouri took home auto gold with 70 deals this past month.
Top TO’s:
Integrity is so thankful for our strong division of TO’s. We would like to congratulate
Diane Castanon out of California for landing first place with 128 TO sales during the month of May!
Anthony Obernuefemann is Missouri’s top TO with 190 sales throughout the month of May. This makes Anthony the #1 TO company wide for May.
Raffle Winners
The California office hosted employees with “Burgers N Bingo” to celebrate Memorial Day. A big thanks to the HR department for making this possible. Allissah Palomino won $50 during office bingo! California is excited for the summer months and future celebrations!

Customer Service Highlights
The Customer Service team out of Missouri took 7536 calls in the month of May with
Maria Holder took 883 of them
Trena Waters as a close second with 858 of them.
Customer Service was able to retain 1613 accounts
Maria Holder saved 204 of them.
Claims Highlights
We would like to give a huge shoutout to
Jessica Burciaga for leading into June with 84 claims closed.
Nice work!Deena Cruz has the highest number of calls for the 2nd month running-1,183 calls! Awesome job, Deena!
BBB Highlights
We would like to give a big shoutout to
Shannon Newton who received her second positive BBB review of 2023!
Accounting Highlights
We would Like to welcome the newest Missouri team member.
Rachel Brown started with the company on May 15th and was on the phone the following day. Not only did she amaze us with her fast-learning ability, but Rachel collected 159 payments in her first month with the company!
The Accounts Receivable department was able to collect 1,916 past due payments last month with
Kelsey Hoag collecting 530 of them.
Screener Highlights
Bryan Harvey was able to renew 15 customers’ coverage that had or was about to expire.
Chris Williams had 2 Screening deals last month.
Judy Rivera out of California ended May with
44 screener deals.
May Goals & Birthdays
June Goals:
California extended its May goal of 1k sold contracts! The office finished the month of May with 1,028 sold contracts. Congrats and nice going! For the month of June, both offices have a goal of increasing volume, profitability, compliancy and first pay % for the month of June!
Special Anniversary:
We would also like to recognize Cheryl Gaglia who celebrated her 9-year anniversary with Integrity on 05/29! We appreciate your dedication and loyalty to Integrity. We are so lucky to have you as a vital part of the team!
