Welcome to the brand-new Integrity newsletter! We are excited to kick off this new aspect of communication to keep all offices in touch with one another. These newsletters will provide employees with information on the top reps from the month prior, incentives and spiffs for the current month, and other various tidbits going on within the Integrity family! We will also include a “Value Menu” with key tips about auto and homes. This will act as a small training section with monthly bits to brush up on. With that being said, let's get to it!

We are excited to announce the top reps from the month of February! Congratulations to:
We would like to recognize Jessica Markowski as the number one Home Rep for the Missouri office during the month of April with 74 sales! Way to go Jessica.
A huge shoutout and warm welcome goes to Brandon Bolanos in the California office. Brandon finished his first month at Integrity as the top Home Rep with 137 sales. We love to see the strong effort and hardworking mentality in our reps. Brandon, we are so excited to welcome you to the team. Let’s make May even better!
Tim Wheeler ended April as the top Auto Rep with 52 deals! We are so grateful to have Tim as such a positive and hardworking teammate in the Missouri office.
Brando Geleno was the top Auto/Hybrid Rep out of California. Brando closed 60 combined English and Spanish deals! Nice work, Brando.
Top TO’s:
We are excited to recognize Joe Vanderbeck out of the Missouri office as the top TO for the month of April! Joe ended the month strong with a total of 160 deals.
Diane Castanon out of California was close behind with a total of 135 deals. We are so grateful for our TO’s and their persistent attitudes as well as eagerness to seal a deal!
Top Adjusters:
Nhat Minh Ho has earned Top Rep for Home Warranty Claims with 107 claims completed for the month of April. Nhat works with customers and technicians each day in order to obtain repair information, determine coverage and provide authorization to technicians. Thank you Nhat for your hard work and dedication to our customers!
Raffle Winners
During the month of April, the California office hosted an Easter Egg Sale hunt as well as an April Showers Competition.
The staff also enjoyed a catered lunch provided by the Human Resources Department. Check out the photos and TikTok!
Customer Service Department Highlights
We would like to recognize our amazing Customer Service team here at Integrity. Customer Service took 6729 calls last month and retained 1549 customers with Robyn Lewis-Fenton retaining 190 of them. Huge shoutout to Robyn for this outstanding work.
Deena Cruz has earned Top Customer Service Rep for Home Warranty Claims having 1,172 total calls for the month and the highest on her team. Deena is the newest member of Home Warranty claims and has proven to be a fast learner as well as someone who consistently goes above and beyond for our customers and our business. Thank you, Deena!
Ivan Rosero is recognized for his hard work in implementing the new Virtual Inspection tool for Home Claims which allows Claims to obtain crucial information around the customer’s issues through photos and videos. This tool allows Claims to gain further knowledge of the issue so that it can possibly be troubleshooted over the phone with the customer without costing them any service fees. Ivan has done an excellent job managing these as we move into our busier season, and we are thankful for his hard work!
Accounts Receivable manually dialed 16,621 calls last month and collected 1,216 payments that were past due. Kelsey Hoag collecting 401 of them. Keep up the strong work, Kelsey!
Screener Shout Out
Judy Rivera ended April as the top Screener out of the California office with 44 deals. Judy has remained a powerhouse and we appreciate her “go-getter” mentality!
Chris Williams out of the Missouri office scored 11 screener deals throughout last month. Keep up the hard work!
BBB Highlights
We were so happy to see no negative BBB reviews for the month of April!

Todd McCullough for earning a review for his hard work. Integrity also received a companywide positive review.

May Goals:
The month of May symbolizes growth and success. This directly translates to the California Office’s goal of 1k sales within the month. They also plan to focus on minimizing chargebacks, cancellations, and BBB complaints by selling the product compliantly and with upstanding client interaction. We are confident that the strong and hardworking staff will reach this goal! Integrity would also like our employees to focus on the idea of growth throughout this month. We encourage our agents to continuously review the script and study. By focusing on growth and self-improvement, there is great potential for wealth and success. Let’s get after it!
