Welcome to the brand-new Integrity newsletter! We are excited to kick off this new aspect of communication to keep all offices in touch with one another. These newsletters will provide employees with information on the top reps from the month prior, incentives and spiffs for the current month, and other various tidbits going on within the Integrity family! A Note from the Owners
“We are excited to be coming up on the 10 year anniversary of Integrity Admin Group! When this company first started, money was tight but we had hard work, dedication, and were motivated to open the best warranty company for consumers. Against odds, we prevailed and are incredibly proud of our success. We chose the name “Integrity” because we were and continue to be passionate about treating our customers, employees, and all relationships the right way- with integrity. It’s not easy to survive 10 years in this industry; most warranty companies have a lifespan of about 3 years. We worked hard and smart to not be one of them. To ensure the longevity of Integrity, we created our own admin, CRM, finance company, and mail facility. The past 10 years would not have been possible without our loyal and hardworking employees. We are extremely grateful for our team members who have been with us for a while and have shown their commitment to Integrity. We are excited to help strengthen our employees for both their professional and personal futures. When reflecting on the past 10 years we are so proud of our success thus far and are both excited and eager to get stronger, bigger and better with every year to come!
To celebrate 10 years of Integrity we are doing our biggest competition yet. We will be kicking off a 3 month battle for a trip for two to either Hawaii, Cancun or Bahamas. This will be awarded to the two Sales Reps and TO’s company wide! Details to follow.”
