October 2023
Welcome to the brand-new Integrity newsletter! We are excited to kick off this new aspect of communication to keep all offices in touch with one another. These newsletters will provide employees with information on the top reps from the month prior, incentives and spiffs for the current month, and other various tidbits going on within the Integrity family! We will also include a “Value Menu” with key tips about auto and homes. This will act as a small training section with monthly bits to brush up on. With that being said, let's get to it!

October Goals & Birthdays
October Goals:
As we kick off October, we are reminded that every moment is a new beginning! The start of a new month is the perfect time to assess your day to day life and make changes to things that are no longer serving you. With the start of a new month, make a goal and hold yourself accountable! A quick and easy way to do this is by writing your goal down on a piece of paper and keeping it somewhere you will see it everyday. Tack it to your bulletin board, cubical or with your favorite magnet on the fridge! By seeing this goal everyday, you are more likely to make day to day changes and efforts to help you reach your goal!
