October 2022
Welcome to the brand-new Integrity newsletter! We are excited to kick off this new aspect of communication to keep all offices in touch with one another. These newsletters will provide employees with information on the top reps from the month prior, incentives and spiffs for the current month, and other various tidbits going on within the Integrity family! We will also include a “Value Menu” with key tips about auto and homes. This will act as a small training section with monthly bits to brush up on. With that being said, let's get to it!

October Goals & Birthdays
October Goals:
October is a perfect time to get a jumpstart on your New Year Goals. With the change of seasons, this month welcomes transition. It is the perfect time to not only welcome change in your physical environment but also personal transformation. Come January, the pressures of a New Years Resolution can be stressful and weighing. Why not get a head start on your resolutions early to avoid the social pressures? October also brings Halloween. Putting the spooky décor and fun costumes aside, Halloween was traditionally seen as a time to honor passed lives as well as letting go of things that have not served you. This month acts as a perfect time to celebrate fresh beginnings and new habits while acknowledging closure of the past. See below for some tips on how to set goals!
