Welcome to the brand-new Integrity newsletter! We are excited to kick off this new aspect of communication to keep all offices in touch with one another. These newsletters will provide employees with information on the top reps from the month prior, incentives and spiffs for the current month, and other various tidbits going on within the Integrity family! We will also include a “Value Menu” with key tips about auto and homes. This will act as a small training section with monthly bits to brush up on. With that being said, let's get to it!

We are excited to name:
Our top Home Rep for the month of January out of the Missouri office was Kesild Mara with 104 deals! This makes for an average gross profit of $1,848.75. Way to go, Kesild- let’s keep this up!
Our top Auto Rep for the month of January out of the Missouri office was Timothy Wheeler with 62 deals. This makes for an average gross profit of $1,778.78. Nice work, Timothy! Way to start 2023 with a bang.
Our top Home Rep for the month of January out of the California office was Christina Garcia with 74 deals. Christina has consistently been a top performer and never fails to bring her best. Nice work, Christina!
Our top Auto Rep for the month of January out of the California office was Oscar Torres with 59 deals. Oscar was out second highest selling Auto Rep during the month of December and put in the work to land first place this past month. We love the hard work and determination!
Top TO’s:
Our top TO for the Missouri office for the month of January was Steven Garner with 197 deals! This came out to be an average gross profit of $1,728.88. So close to 200 deals! Keep up the hungry attitude and let’s get some deals!
Our top TO for the California office for the month of January was Diane Castanon with 133 deals. We are grateful for Diane’s hard work and leadership skills.
Ryan Hone out of California had risen in rank to be the newest TO. Ryan hit a personal record of 13 sold home deals in a single day. Not only is Ryan making sales, but he is also taking newer reps under his wing and showing them the ropes! We’re loving the dedication and teamwork!

Customer Service Department Highlights
The Customer Service Team for Missouri took 8854 calls with Trena Waters taking 881of them. Great work, Trena!
The Customer Service Team Retained 1927 accounts that called to cancel. Nick Springerly used his amazing skills to retain 189 of them. This is what we like to see!
After proving his pristine work ethic and positive attitude, David Hartung was promoted to CSR
Floor Manager, and has hit the ground running.
The Accounts Receivable department Collected 2227 Payments on accounts that were past due with Kelsey Hoag collection 504 of those payments. Well done, Kelsey!
Screener Shout Out
We want to give a special shout out to Judy Rivera as the top Screener for the month of January In the California office. Judy finished strong with 27 deals! The California office plans to add some Home Screener fire power in that department so be sure to keep an eye out!

The average monthly new car payment is $733.
The average labor rate for an auto repair in the US has skyrocketed to an all-time high of up to $170 per hour.
With the cost of new and preowned vehicles, these dealerships are seeing more and more 4 to 5 thousand dollar repairs to keep cars on the road just because most folks can't afford a new car.
According to HomeAdvisor, the average technician’s hourly rate is over $100 per hour!
According to HomeAdvisor, full HVAC unit replacement costs range from $5,000 to $10,000, with the national average at $7,000
According to the one percent rule, you should set aside at least one percent of your home's value every year for home maintenance. For a $360,000 house, this works out to $3,600 per year, or $300 per month.
