Summer is here! It’s hard to believe that the school year is almost over and the holidays are coming.   

On behalf of the Food Committee we wish you all a joyful summer.   In order to celebrate, the Food Committee together with Sardunya, decided to serve deserts every day on BOTH campuses!   We are going to have kid favorites: cupcakes, donuts, and basque cheesecake.   

If you are worried about sugar, please don’t!   While being a part of an overall healthy diet, sugar is not only safe to consume, but could even be therapeutic! Studies show that dividing food into good and bad makes the latter more desirable as well as increasing the risks of eating disorders. And we certainly don’t want that, so let’s enjoy our deserts together!
