We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to our sponsors for their generous support and active participation in the event. Their contributions helped overall the experience for everyone involved, and we are truly grateful for their partnership.

Dear IICS Community,
We would like remind you that we will host our senior Graduation Ceremony today, Friday, May 24th at Marmara Campus. It's a special occasion for our seniors, and we are looking forward to celebrating their accomplishments and wish them well on their future endeavors.
In order to properly prepare for the ceremony and ensure that everything runs smoothly, our kitchen staff will be fully dedicated to preparing the food for the event. Therefore, we would like to remind you that lunch service at both campuses today will be provided as packed lunches for students, faculty and staff. We understand that this change may be unexpected, but we assure you that the packed lunches will be delicious and nutritious.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we make this special day memorable for our graduating seniors.
Sincerely,
Nicolaas Mostert, Head of School

What we eat has a big impact on our health, and ultra-processed foods do not contain enough of the beneficial nutrients that the body requires. The more ultra-processed foods we eat, the poorer the overall nutritional quality of our diet.
This is why we always serve a variety of fresh and cooked vegetables and try to minimize the ultra-processed produce on our menu. For example, we substitute the ultra-processed meats with pieces of chicken or beef home-made meatballs and use the freshly baked breads and pastries instead of the packaged, mass-produced alternatives.
We also work hard on minimizing the use of salt, sugar, and oils.
Please support us in maximizing the health benefits for your children and pack snacks that also contain mostly minimally processed foods.

Food Committee Member and Nutritionist
