CardiffWorks currently has 12 x vacancies going for the role of Customer Service Representative for Connect 2 Cardiff.


"The role is a Grade 4 position (£10.39 p/h), for 37 hours per week, and is for 3 months with the possibility of extension. This role is particularly suited for those interested in call centre work.


Candidates are not required to sit the CardiffWorks assessments as C2C will be conducting interviews & assessments. If the candidate is successful, then a reference check will be completed, so please ensure that the details of two referees are provided when completing the application (one of whom must be your previous employer).
