HR Administrator
An opportunity has arisen within the Human Resources department for a full time Administrator to join their team based in Cardiff.
The role will involve providing administration support to the HR and Learning and Development team and being the first point of contact for both telephone and direct enquiries.
Duties will include:
Answering all telephone calls to the main department number
Undertaking a range of administration tasks:
- Drafting contracts
- Responding to reference requests
- Administration support for the company induction
- Liaising with the payroll department in relation to new starters and leavers
- Providing data entry support to the payroll function to include updating the HR and Payroll database
- Booking training events
Managing the new starter process to include:
- Requesting references
- Undertaking standard employment checks (right to work, ID checks etc.)
- Ensuing mandatory training is undertaken
Managing the leaver process to include:
- Acknowledging resignations
- Scheduling exit interviews
