What is the purpose of the role?

If you've visited one of our restaurants before, you’ve probably got some idea of what's involved in

maintaining a restaurant. But you might not realise the variety and scope of the role. We pride ourselves on

high standards of cleanliness in the restaurant and externally.

Main Responsibilities

- Maintaining outside landscaping

- Maintaining parking facilities

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness around the restaurant

- Painting and varnishing

- Completion of non- electrical small equipment repairs

- Detailed cleaning of equipment and facilities

- Putting away frozen, chilled, and dry stock

Each restaurants responsibilities may differ restaurant to restaurant depending on their needs, but this will

be discussed with you at the interview stage.

Position Attributes

- Effective communication skills, as you will need to be confident dealing with external contractors as

well as the restaurant team

- Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness

- Ability to use own initiative

- The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively.
