Starting salary £14,500 (first year apprentice)

Are you looking for your first administration role, in a large company where you can start your career.

Your apprenticeship with work within on of our supply chain departments, either in purchasing or planning teams, where you will be taught everything you will need to know to succeed, whether that is:

Planning transportation of goods

Purchasing supplies for the business

Analysing Purchasing or Planning data

Maintaining accurate information on our systems or excel

Whether you are about to sit your GCSE’s, complete a qualification in college or are looking for a career change, becoming an apprentice at Celsa could be just what you are looking for. Our gold accredited apprenticeship scheme from Investors in Apprenticeships, will give you the opportunity to learn the theory as well as gain hands on experience, all whilst being paid.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will complete the below qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 Business Administration

NVQ Level 3 Supply Chain Management

Essential Skills at Level 2

You’ll need to be enthusiastic, motivated to learn, and have bags of maturity.

Minimum requirements:

4 GCSEs at grade C or above (Maths, English, Science and one other Subject)

You’ll be joining a recycling company – we melt scrap metal and recycle it into new steel products. We’re the largest producer of reinforcing steel in the UK and one of the largest metal recyclers, too. You and the team you will work in are the ones that support the business’ operation and in getting the products to our customers.
