Final projects will be put on display with an art plaque that tells the backstory of your creation.
DESIGN Process
IMAGINE
Why did the electronic device meet its end? What made the DVD player stop working? Why did the printer stop printing?
Write a backstory that tells the story of an electronic devices end. This will be on display on a museum style art plaque.
INQUIRE
What parts will you use to tell the story? Use your project sheet to list any questions that arise during the project.
CREATE
After learning some hot bench skills (desoldering/soldering and hot glue gun usage) start by creating one body part. You may need to IMAGINE a bit more of the backstory here.
Use your project sheet To Do List to list tasks that need to be completed.
REFLECT
How does a body part fit the back story? Does your creation inspire others to ask questions?
IMPROVE
Seek feedback from others (not just the teachers) about how your creation could improve.
