Administrators and supervisors should consult with HR regarding employee grievance matters.
In cases of proposed employee dismissal, administrators and supervisors should consult HR prior to initiating the dismissal action.
In all cases of dismissal employees must be provided notice of their right of grievance/appeal.
Employees must request dismissal appeals within 5 days of the dismissal action.
Probationary employees are not eligible to utilize the grievance procedure.
