Should an employee be found guilty of a misdemeanor or felony crime, the employee is required to inform the Chief Human Resources Officer in writing within 10 days after the conviction.
If notified of a criminal charge against or arrest of an employee, contact an HR Specialist immediately. Provide the following data:
Employee's Full Name
Employee's Job Title
Any information you are aware of such as date of arrest/charge, location of arrest, the specific charge, etc.
