EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

OVERVIEW 

HCPS recognizes that there are times when personal problems may affect an employee’s well-being and job performance. For this reason, a confidential Employee Assistance Program (Anthem EAP) is available to all full-time and part-time benefits eligible employees and their family members at no charge. 

Administrators may utilize the EAP as a management tool to address matters concerning employee work performance.
