Wellbeing
We have wellbeing once a week with Ms. O' Connor. We have done many things in wellbeing, like yoga, healthy eating, stress etc. We also are completing tasks on ProjectOneSky- is a human development & wellbeing program designed to nurture resilience and to help schoolchildren to cope with and flourish in the modern world. On this website, we have looked at sleep, nutrition for a positive mental health, conscious breathing, mindfulness meditation, the great outdoors, resilience and social media. At the end of each topic, we have a quiz. After you pass, you move onto the next topic.
We also did mindfulness and yoga every 3 weeks. For yoga we went down to the gym and set out our yoga mats and completed a 20/30 minutes session with Ms. O' Connor instructing us.

We also watched Inside Out as the movie is about feelings and emotions.
We also watched the movie Inside Out. The movie excels as a timeless and deeply needed message of emotional understanding, both of others and of ourselves, even in areas where we may indeed need to grow, as some of Riley's emotions themselves discover. Inside out lets us know that it is healthy to embrace Sadness at times, particularly when faced with a tragedy or unexpected change.
