Geography

In term 1, we had Ms Curtin for Geography. We learned about the different regions in Ireland. We looked at the primary, secondary and tertiary economic activities in Ireland and we distinguished which were which. We also looked at the EU and the countries that are part of the EU. We then had to pick a country from the EU and make a powerpoint on it.

We also did a mini project on a country of Africa of our choice. I choose to do mine on Ethiopia. I knew that people from Ireland often go and volunteer in Ethiopia, which I would like to do hopefully in the future! Here is my powerpoint on Ethiopia
