The design thinking process is a process that is used to break down problems through 5 steps. These steps are: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. According to Interaction Design Foundation, “Empathy helps to define problems, tests can reveal insights that might redefine the problem, you can learn about users through testing, and that prototypes can spark new ideas”, which in turn, will start the process over again.
