7P3- Micro: Bit

Using Micro bits, I created a beating heart because it looked cute. I also created a dice because it looked easy. I also created a Magic-8 ball, a turtle, and calming lights.

During this process, I learned how to use Snip Sketch. I had to ask a friend help me. Now, I can help other people.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to take out the sounds. I was able to do it by asking my friend how to do it. Now I can help other people.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the turtle project. The reason why I would change it is because I did not like how the turtle didn't flash. I would make it fade and flash next time.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. It connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School because I had to program a Micro Bit on my computer.
