7P8-Stop-Motion

Using Lego and Imotion, I created a story where a man's grandpa dies and he gets revenge because it would be fun and challenging. I also made this because It was funny. The final reason I made this was because I had a Halk piece.

During this process, I learned how to make a Lego stop-motion efficiently and effectively. I also learned how to use Imotion effectively. The third thing I learned was how to move Lego pieces slightly.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because we communicated the Moral of the story. My moral was to not gamble and to go to the gym.

A challenge I overcame on this project was making the Halk throw our main character. I was able to do it by putting sticky tack in the Halk's hand. Another challenge I overcame was making our guy pull the slot on the slot machine I did it by giving him the force.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change our good message. The reason why I would change it is because it is a little weak. Another thing I would change is not making backgrounds because it looks really bland.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. That is because we can only see this on a device.

My project connects to careers in animation because I made an animation. My project also connects to careers in Motion Graphics Art. That is because they make still pictures into animations.
