Using TinkerCad, I created a set of dice because you can NEVER have enough dice. I also made them because I need an alternate D4, which I made. Another reason I made it was because my dice keep breaking and i need new ones.

During this process, I learned putting numbers on sides is a lot harder than I thought. I also learned that dice are measured in millimeters. I learned this by looking at the size charts for dice.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global Collaborator because I share this website with the world. It also connects to Knowledge Constructor. That is because I used Google as a tool to help me do this.

A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out the sizes of things. I was able to do it by looking up a size chart for proper dice. I also did this by measuring the print plate.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change how many dice I made. The reason why I would change it is because I didn't make all the dice I could. I would also change this because I wanted to make a weighted D20, which I did not have the time to make.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. This is because I designed it.

My project connects to careers in CAD modeling because they model things like I did. This also connects to careers in Biomedical Engineering. That is because they print things like dentures and custom prosthetics.
