Using Legos and iMotion, I created a story about cyberbullying because I wanted to show that it is not okay. The story is also about how it is good to exercise and how it will pay off in the end. The story also shows how sleep is good for you.

During this process, I learned how tedious stopmotion is. I also learned how to make animation smoother. If you take more photos per frame, it makes the animation look smoother.

 The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global Collaborator because I share this website with the world. My project also connects to Knowledge Constructor because I googled how to do some effects.

A challenge I overcame on this project was time management. I was able to do it by locking in and getting the last couple pictures done. Another challenge was making some of the effects.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change how long we took to make some scenes. The reason why I would change it is because we ran out of time in the end. Another thing I would change is how choppy it is.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. That is because it is both physical and digital.

My project connects to careers in stopmotion animation because that is the form I used to animate with. Another career it connects to is puppet maker. That is because they make puppets  for stopmotion movies.
