7P7- Circuit Playground Express

Using the Adafruit Circuit Playground, I created a variety of projects because it would be entertaining. I also made it because it was fun to experiment with the different features and add-ons. The third reason I made this was to try to make some minigames so I could play with my friends

During this process, I learned how to code using sensors, speakers, and various other add-ons. I also learned how to communicate between through 2 circuit playgrounds. Thirdly, I learned how to  change things by just a click or shake.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I used tutorials and other things to learn how to make things, like my Hot Potato. This project also connects to Global collaborator because this is put on a website that all the world can see. 

A challenge I overcame on this project was making hot potato. I was able to do it by watching a tutorial. Another challenge I faced was making a spinny wheel and I overcame this by googling how to make it.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change how I made the laser tag. The reason why I would change it is because it doesn't work as well. I also would change it because I couldnt really add more people to it.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  That is because I coded the circut playground.

My project connects to careers in computer making because they code. They also use things just like Circuit Playgrounds. Another job is a computer programmer because, as stated before, they code just like I did with my Circuit Playground.
