Careers 1:1 with Careers Adviser Booking Form
The Year 9 options process will be launched in Spring Term 2025.
Pupils will receive subject talks and be offered a careers meeting to assist them in their KS4 options decision making.
Pupils also have lifetime access to Unifrog: www.unifrog.org/sign-in. Unifrog helps pupils learn about themselves and discover careers, subjects courses you may not have imagined.

Year 9 options can be a big decision for many pupils. It is the first time that pupils themselves have a say in their future pathway.
Many Year 9s have not decided on their future pathway, and many more will change their mind over the next few years....
Here are a few top tips to assist in the decision making process:
Explore your Unifrog account and complete your profile. This will help you identify careers that match your interests and aspirations. www.unifrog.org/sign-in
If you have a career in mind, or a particular subject you would like to pursue, explore further and higher education entry course requirements.
Don't follow your mates and choose their options to be with them!
Pick subjects that you enjoy and are confident and interested in.
Book a meeting with Mrs Dymond if you need impartial careers guidance or information.
Read the Careers Information Booklet to the left which has an infographic for each individual subject you could choose. This information includes job roles, starting salaries and predicted changes in the job market.
