Preparation for the next stages of education and providing pupils with the prerequisite skills to make informed careers related decisions is central to our core ethos and values.
At Hastings, we aim to ensure pupils make well informed and appropriate decisions for their next steps in education, whether that may be choosing GCSE options in Year 9, making Post 16 decisions in Year 11 or in exploring different education and career pathways.

Unifrog
Unifrog is a universal destinations platform used by schools to support students in making informed choices about their next steps after school. It brings together everything—careers advice, psychometric quizzes, course and apprenticeship search, CV and application help, and more—into one user‑friendly tool.
Each student has their own personal account that they can access during their time at Hastings and beyond.
Unifrog enables students to investigate their own personal strengths, aptitudes and interests and explore the various careers in areas they may not have even considered.
Students can track their progress, attend webinars, do short courses and keep a record of all of their activities in their 'Locker'.
