Preparation for the next stages of education and providing pupils with the prerequisite skills to make informed careers related decisions is central to our core ethos and values.
At Hastings, we aim to ensure pupils make well informed and appropriate decisions for their next steps in education, whether that may be choosing GCSE options in Year 9, making Post 16 decisions in Year 11 or in exploring different education and career pathways.

Morrisby Profile
Morrisby Profile is an award winning personalised careers development tool we use with all Hastings students.
Each student has their own personal account that they can access during their time at Hastings and beyond.
Morrisby enables students to investigate their own personal strengths, aptitudes and interests and explore the various careers in areas they may not have even considered.
Students can track their progress, download reports and use Morrisby to obtain 1:1 impartial careers guidance from a careers guidance specialist in addition to the support offered in school.
