 BIOGRAPHY

A teacher at Petojo Utara 13 Pagi Elementary School served as both a class teacher and an extracurricular basketball coach. They have been teaching since 2015 and were promoted to a civil servant teacher in 2019. During their tenure as an active teacher, they were members of two organizations that oversee teachers: the Jakarta branch of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) and the Central Jakarta branch of the Indonesian Teachers Association (IGI).

They have authored three books since 2021. The first book, titled "Evaluation of the Literacy Movement Program in Elementary Schools," describes the findings of their thesis research, which evaluated the school's literacy program against the technical instructions published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The book also offers recommendations for the development of literacy programs in schools.

The second book, titled "Learning Loss: And Alternative Solutions to Solve It," addresses the reduction in learning capacities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The book provides a Thinking-Based Instruction Theory (TBIT) learning strategy and advocates for a teacher-led approach to building literacy programs in schools.

The third book, titled "I Close the Sad Story, Open a New Page: An Anthology of Teachers and Education Staff Regarding the Reopening of Schools After the Pandemic," describes the process of preparing and implementing schools to comply with government regulations regarding school openings during the pandemic. The book includes funny, witty, and serious stories that inspire all fellow teachers wherever they teach.
