- finished up the first section of Wonder written from August's perspective.
- completed a long vowel teams check in (marks can been seen in PowerSchool).
- completed our Spell-a-Thon pretest. Spell-a-Thon lists, pretest and parent letter were sent home and should be in your child's backpack.
- participated in a Story Champs lesson with our Speech Language Pathologist, Ms. Jade. Story Champs is a program
- explored a variety of types of figurative language: similes, metaphors, alliterations, onomatopeoias, hyperboles using Peeps for inspiration.

- explored the different languages spoken by the First Nations communities in Alberta.
- investigated the meanings of different symbols in First Nations communities.
- located the Metis Settlements on a map of Alberta and researched and shared details about the Settlements.
