Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy supports individuals to participate and engage in everyday activities.

Occupational Therapy focuses on preventing problems and developing, restoring and/or maintaining skills and independence.

As an Occupational Therapist, we are here to support you in all the areas of your life, including self-care, productivity and leisure activities.

"Occupation" is anything that you do in a day - not just your job!

In a school setting, Occupational Therapists support children in the roles of being a student and a peer. This may include supporting learning, participation, self-care, and play.

A body break can help: calm, organize, relax, regulate and  focus our body and brain.
