Steps to order your Transcript:

1.  Read information and click Continue to Transcript Request Form

2. Requirements  - click NEXT

3. Image Verification  - verify image; click NEXT

4. Personal Information Change - click NO and then NEXT

If you have a Name/Date of Birth/Address change to make, please see someone in Student Services BEFORE you request an official transcript.

5. Applicant Information

a) Student Information - Learning ID is your 9 digit Ministry number; this number is on your unofficial transcript.

b) High School Information - Last Year Attended will be the last year that you are attending as a grade 12 student so if you are in Grade 12 now 2022 will be your last year attended

c) Click NEXT

6. Transcript Request Entry

a) Destination and Time - click YES to the question, "Did you take a high school level course between August 1, 2023 and July 31, 2024?

b) Request Entry - "Where would you like the transcript sent?" 

*you can only pick ONE at a time

    "What is your situation?" 

          *you can only pick ONE at a Time

Choose I want my transcript(s) sent as soon as possible

Click ADD to CART

7. You will see your request at the bottom of the page - First Request

8. Then you choose again where you want your transcript sent, and this time choose I want my transcript(s) sent at another time.  Select one of the options below.  Then choose After January Exams (printed mid February) and click ADD to CART.

9. You will now see your Second Request at the bottom of the page.

10. Then you choose again where you want your transcript sent, choose I want my transcript(s) sent at another time. Select one of the options below.  Then choose After June Exams (sent mid July) and click ADD to CART. 

11. You will now see your Third Request printed at the bottom of the page; then click NEXT below all of your requests.

12. The final page is a summary of all the information you have entered.

Check your demographic information is correct

Check that the transcripts you have requested are correct

Fill in the remainder of the page and submit your request.  

Payment can be made with debit or credit card.
