1. Send the job to the printer
Approved Students leaders should send their job and select the club account upon release at the printer.

1- Log into your PaperCut

Login into your papercut account

Print jobs are not sent from an email account. Your students should be submitting prints by logging in to their PaperCut account on their computer. When they physically go to the printer, that is when they get the option to release the document from the club account. Additionally, they will not need a physical GoCard to log in at the printer. They can authenticate by typing their netid and netid password.

2. Release print

When the students go to release their prints, they will see a screen in which they can select from their personal account or from their club account. They should select their club account if they’re printing on behalf of their club. ONLY select the  MBA club account if you’re printing on behalf of the club!

3. Charges
Charges directly to club account (be sure to add expenses in HoyaConnect!)
