A girl’s identity is taken by a shadow after a seemingly normal night.
A high school girl stayed back till late evening at school by herself finishing an essay on "identity". However, just as she was about to leave, she found the lift strangely out of order. Unwillingly, she was forced to take the "one-way" stairs. At first, everything seemed alright, but as the girl slowly descended, she realised that a "skinwalker" was trailing her. She ran towards the exit door, but it was locked. In the end, the girl was unfortunately killed, and the "skinwalker" wore her skin wandered off.

Filmmaker's Intentions:
As a writer, my main intention is to create a script with vivid details that establish a sense of creepiness, mystery, and horrifying by raising tension. In the early stage, my group decided to make our film revolve around the element of shadows and then added in the "monster" that steals the girl's identity to enhance the concept of horror. After confirming the main idea of the production, I need to construct an eerie atmosphere. I used lots of verbs and adjectives as well as imargery to emphasize the effects, such as "hallway isolated and abandoned", "glimpses around suspiciously, bites her lips anxiously", "paintings and artworks surrounding her", "light is dim, casting a vague shadow on the wall behind",. Through descriptions like this, it pulls the audiences into the perspective of the character, making it immersive and feel like experiencing the same as the character. Overall, my work meets my initial aim and my intention that the script is easy to visualize, immersive, and builds up tension.
