Ms. Acosta

Welcome to 3^rd grade! My name is Maria Acosta and I am so excited to be your teacher this year! I am looking forward to learning and growing with you. I grew up in Pennsylvania with my two brothers, Brandon and Jonathan. My parents and golden retriever, Molly, still live there and are very important to me. I love and value my family so much that I strive for my classroom to have a similar feel. It is important to me to help and serve the children and my community which is why I moved to South Carolina to study Early Childhood Education at Coastal Carolina University. I am currently enrolled in the master’s program in Educational Leadership and love calling Myrtle Beach my home. Just like you, I am excited and nervous all in one. All I ask of my students is to give your 100% effort and respect each day. I look forward to learning and growing together! I can’t wait to see all the amazing things you will bring to our classroom family! :)
