Mrs. Vreeland

Hi! My name is Jenny Vreeland. I am a second-grade teacher here at Ocean Drive Elementary. I have been teaching for 23 years with experience in three grades: first, second, and third. I graduated from Francis Marion University in May of 1997 with a BS in Elementary Education. In May 2016, I completed graduate school at Coastal Carolina University earning a Master’s Degree in Learning and Teaching with a certification in Instructional Technology. Horry County has always been my home.

My husband and I have two children: a fifteen-year-old daughter who is going to be a sophomore at NMBH and a son who is eleven and starting 6th grade at NMBM. Our third “child” is a male Rhodesian Ridgeback mix who weighs 102 pounds. We just moved into a new house over the summer and have spent much time settling in. I am looking forward to working with you this year. Even though there are many uncertainties, I know we will have a great year and achieve success together!
