Mrs. Brown

Hello, my name is Susan Barrett-Brown and I am the Media Specialist/Librarian at Ocean Drive Elementary. I graduated from UNCW in 1989 and began teaching Middle School European History and Math. When the opportunity arose, I went back to school to get my Masters Degree in Library and Information Science. I currently live in Ocean Isle Beach, N.C. and was a librarian at a K-8 school before coming to ODE nine years ago. Of course I love to read, going to the beach, and taking care of my family; which includes four generations of loved ones. I can’t even begin to tell you how much I have missed seeing all of you and I am looking forward to getting school back up and running.
