Ms. Transou

Hello all my ODE friends! My name is Jacqueline Transou and I teach first grade here at Ocean Drive Elementary. I have always had a love and passion for teaching and children and went to Coker College where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I have also earned my Master’s degree in Language, Literacy, and Culture from Coastal Carolina University. This will be my sixth year teaching first grade and in the past I have taught reading and math intervention. I even attended ODE (formerly North Myrtle Beach Primary) as a child and have grown up in the North Myrtle Beach area. I enjoy going to the beach, looking for shark’s teeth, and playing with my four year old Yorkie Poo named Franklin. I am very excited to start off a fantastic year at Ocean Drive Elementary and to see all of my sweet boys and girls!
