Ms. Rogers

Welcome to Fourth Grade! My name is Ms. Rogers and I am beyond excited to be your fourth grade teacher this year! This will be my fourth year teaching at Ocean Drive Elementary. I have previously taught Reading Intervention and third grade here at ODE. I graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Literacy at CCU and am gifted and talented certified. I am passionate about English Language Arts and enjoy watching my students’ love for reading bloom inside my classroom!

I grew up and attended school in the North Myrtle Beach community - Go Chiefs! I danced my entire life which inspired me to start the Mini Chiefs Dance Club here at ODE with my teacher bestie, Ms. Acosta. I enjoy relaxing on the beach with friends and family, spending entirely way too much time in Home Goods, Starbucks cold brews, and eating yummy food - Sushi, Mexican, and Chick-fil-A to name a few! I can’t wait to meet you and look forward to the best school year EVER!
