Ms. Webster

Hi! My name is Laura Webster and I am originally from Marshfield, Massachusetts. I moved to Myrtle Beach in 2014 to attend Coastal Carolina University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I joined the Ocean Drive Elementary family in January of 2019– go Chiefs! I previously worked at Kingston Elementary as a reading interventionist.

I am a lover of dunkin’ donuts coffee, my cat Nuna and turtle Shelley, all things tie-dye, and (admittedly-) reality TV. I like to spend weekends at the beach and try to make it there rain or shine. I love sunflowers and seeing people laugh so hard they cry. I am looking forward to a few of those moments with your children this year.

I promise to always do my personal best to make my classroom, whether in person or even digital, feel like home for your students. I am so happy, eager, and excited to begin this new school year working with you!
