Jordan Billings, Instructor for Olathe Public Schools teaches 7th grade Social Studies including Kansas History and Geography at Indian Trail Middle School. He started adding gamification to his classroom with ClassCraft then has adapted several different themes over the years. Currently, he incorporates a Marvel theme layer to his classes and finds that students are eager to come to class. They have actually asked for more "boss challenges AKA tests". Jordan shares about the benefits he's found with gamification and offers advice for those that might like to start small and use this tool to increase student engagement in their classroom.
