Information on accessing Asahi Shimbun AJW and Japan Times articles online:
You can access all the Asahi Shimbun, Japan Times and Mainichi Shimbun articles on this website for free from the Chuo Library or when using the wifi at Chuo.
From outside of Chuo, you can access the Chuo Library databases for these three newspapers here (but you will need to use a VPN to connect to them):
Asahi Shimbun - 聞蔵Ⅱビジュアル
Japan Times - ヨミダス歴史館
Mainichi Shimbun - 毎索
You can also access the Asahi Shimbun from manaba (right side)
If you access them from a personal computer, you will only be able to read a small number of recent articles for free each month.
