In this research cycle, I researched about foreign care worker especially from Indonasia.
My discussion questions were flowing two:
How do you think about to be cared by foreigner when we are old?
Do you think it is necessary to accept the foreign care worker?
Before asking these questions, I asked a question to the participants. It was "do you want to be a care worker?". They both said "no." One of the reason was we don't have a license. The second reason was the care work is too hard but the salary is too low. I also think so.
For the first discussion question, they answered "I am ok to be cared by foreigner, but someone may don't want to be cared. It is because foreigner is not good at speaking Japanese."
For the second discussion question, they think it is necessary. Because Japan face to lack of care worker. Moreover, it is aging society. However, we wondered it will become forcing a job which we don't want to do to foreigners. In developing nations like Indonesia, the situation of work is quiet worth than Japan, so if we force the job, they will choose the job in Japan. Actually, some foreign care worker thought it is worth than they imaged before visiting Japan.
I think it is necessary to depend on the foreign care worker. Even now, we have to support a old man (who is over 65,) by 2.4 people. It is expected that we will have to support a old man by 1.8 people in 2060. The lack of care worker is became serious problem in Japan. That is why we have to reduce the gap between the image of care work by foreigner and real work. After the foreigner understand the real work, Japan accept the foreigner.
Finally, I think this project is very good for Japan and also developing countries. Moreover, this project is one of the key point to solve the aging society problem. To keep doing this project, Japan have to make foreigner treat same with Japanese.

I sent to the email to a care home which is called "Katorean Home."
I asked feedback of accepting foreigner care worker. They said that there are differences of culture so we have to understand that. However, by accepting them, the other Japanese staff also improve their own mind. So they eager to keep accepting. Also they hope to make the foreign care worker introduce the core work to their own country in the future.
I was inspired because they thinks not only about Japan but also Indonesia
