In this research, I want to study about Education Continuance rate of Japanese and Zainichi Koreans and Social Security in Japan for finding out the reason why many Zainichi Korean receive social aid.
●Education Continuance Rate

There is just a little difference between Japanese and Zainichi Korean either boys and girls.
So, education continuance rate isn't main cause of the reason that they receive social aid.
●Social Security
･National health insurance
From late 1960's, foreigners who have lived in Japan over 1 year can receive national health income.
･National pension
If people have address in Japan, everyone can join national pension from 1982.
Current policy in Japan are satisfied by Japanese government.
Although current policy in Japan is available for every people, old Zainichi people couldn't join the national pension because the policy hadn't worked until 1982.

They can't get any money from the government now.
↓
They receive social aid
