Presentation Summary: Chinese Workers

① First of all, I would like to say about The Current situation. This section is devided three parts;Registered foreiners, Changing whole numbers in Japan, and The Feature of Chinese.

First, about Registered foriegners. As you see in the poster, Chinese is at the top and big part of whole persentage. But consideing the number of chinese in the world, it is not said that there are a lot of Chinese who are living in Japan. And the interesting points is the persentage of the USA. Before I searched about this data, I thought that the USA's persentage is more big. It is because, in my situation, there are many situation to meet American students, or professor, (Chinese students or Korean students as well). But the data says that there are more people who are from Brazil or Phillipine in Japan. And they are coming to Japan for earning money, not as a student.

Second, about Changing whole numbers. Comparing to other nations, Chinese number are constatnly increased. Recently, Japan has not succeced economically, so many foreigners tend to want to live China or America compare to Japan.

Third, about The Feature of Chinese. There are a lot of Chnese in Japan, and there are many kinds of Chinese in Japan; students, Bussiness mans, professors, undocumented labour, house worker, company bosses, and so on. And here is the feature of Chinese. Compare to other country, the number of colleege student (and trainee people) are big. While Filipino or Brazirian are coming for earn money, as a worker. So I can say that many Chinese are coming to Japan for learning and then they back to their own country and work. I think this situation is caused economy power of 2 countries; Japan and China.

About Pros and Cons about this situation. First, I would say that advantage of this situation. Japan is nowshrinking society so it means there are not much worker are there. So if Chinese are come to Japan, they can filling a vacancy. And it makes man power in Japan stronger. And it causes the finantial situation in Japan better, additionally, if Chinese worker who works and earns in Japan sends salary to thier own country, China, even Chinese finantial situation is made better. And this is interesting point, I think; receiving many worker is responding request from Asian people, who want to waork in Japan and make their living standard better.

Also there are some disadvantage points. It is said that crimes are increased or environment of work place become worse. I think it is caused the difference of thinking; cultural gap. As society become multicultural, itis one of the big problem which we will mwwt. And it is also said that it casue shirinking the labour market. So I can say that if many Chinese come and work in Japan, the situation will have double-faced. Additianally, it is said that if foreigner come to Japan for earning, it is difficult to find a job and earn salary same to Japanese. It is said Gap between foreigner and Japan. Finally, social sequrity problem will be araised.

About opinion from 3rd point of view. I want to mention about the opinion from not Japanese and Chinese, but American. This is from the newspaper, NY times. And the editor was wondering that Japanese economy is not good recently, why many Chinese want to go Japan. There are some reason of it, Japan is safety country, near to China, and compare to the USA, Japanese university fee is not expensive. Reading this article, I think the big reason is Japan is safe country. If I am a mother who want to do abroad, I think I also tend to stimulate my child go to safer country.

Conclusion. Recently, Japan is said that its economy is not good enough. But I think Japan ahould be more multiculturalized for making better this shrinking economy. It is true that there are some disadvantage points which are caused by the situation of multiculturalized. However, to using Japanese talent to the full, Japan should make its society more internationally.
