Currently, cameras cannot be moved when multi-selected.
Camera movement is dependent on the movement state the camera is in:
Locked to truss
A locked camera's position is entirely controlled by the truss layout. It will evenly distribute across the truss with other locked cameras. These cameras cannot be moved manually.
This is the default state when adding cameras to the truss.
Constrained to truss
A constrained camera's position is attached to the truss but is not affected by layout. You can freely drag the camera across the truss with the move tool [W].
Free
Free cameras can be positioned anywhere in the scene with the move tool [W].
Camera movement is dependent on the movement state the camera is in:
Locked camera can be moved to the constrained state by selecting it and pressing Unlock.
Constrained camera can be moved to the free state by selecting it and pressing Remove Constraint.
Free camera can be constrained by selecting it, moving it close to the correct truss, and pressing Constrain to Truss.
Currently, cameras cannot be moved back to the **locked** state (other than via undo). Delete the camera and add it to the truss again if you require this.
Multiple camera states can be changed at the same time by multi selecting cameras together.
Cameras in the locked or constrained states can be positioned on different sides of the truss by pressing Move.
This will toggle the position between top and bottom, or left and right, depending on the truss direction.
Camera position, roll, and target attribtues can be copied from one camera to another. This can be useful when adding a new camera to a multi layout project file.
