Troubleshooting

TVA is only currently support on a Windows operating system.

Windows Preventing TVA From Running:

The following details are only applicable for older versions of TVA prior to v3. 

Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may prevent older versions of TVA from starting without additional permissions. If this occurs, click 'More info' and select 'Run'.

Take the following steps to stop Windows notifying you of the precaution:

• Find the 'Tracklab Volume App.exe' file in the application folder

• Right-click on the 'Tracklab Volume App.exe' file and select Properties

• In the properties panel, under the General tab; click unblock from the bottom security section

• Click Apply and then OK
