A maximum of 5 layouts can be created in addition to the default layout.
Markers and Cameras persist across layouts but their attributes such as position and rotation change across layouts.
Multiple layouts may lead to a large number of cameras in the volume. It is recommended to turn off the [Heat Map] Interactive Mode when there are objects in the volume.
Layouts store alternative attributes (such as position, rotation, and constraints) for cameras and markers across the volume. Using layouts, users can switch between these attributes without having to manually adjust each element's attributes.
The position, rotation, and constraints for cameras and markers are independent across each layout.
When new cameras are added to the current layout, they will automatically be hidden in the other available layouts.
Select Layouts from the menu toolbar and select Add Layout to add a new Layout to the project file.
Attributes for all cameras and markers in the current layout are copied across to the same elements when adding a new layout.
New layouts are available via the layout dropdown in the [Options Tool] bar at the top right side of the application.
Hover the mouse cursor over the Layout dropdown menu in the [Options Tool] bar and select the preferred Layouts.
Switching layouts will only update the heatmap immediately if interaction mode is turned on. Click Refresh to update the [Heat Map] if the Interaction Mode is turned off.
Select Layouts from the menu toolbar and select Remove Layout to remove the currently active layout.
Removing a layout cannot be undone. Please ensure you want to remove the layout before proceeding.
When removing a layout from the project, the layout names will be updated to reflect the removed layout number.
