Chicken Fabrication
For this assignment you will be fabricating a whole raw chicken. You will watch and follow the demonstration video below. You will fabricate your chicken exactly as the demonstration video shows. After fabrication, cook chicken within 3 days or freeze chicken up to 9 months. We will only grade the fabrication of the chicken for this assignment. You DO NOT need to cook the chicken for this Cooking Lab.

Rubric - Cooking Lab (100 Points)
Recipe (19 Points) - Input a chicken recipe that you plan to make after fabrication into the designated area (COOKING IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT). The recipe should include the title of the dish, the ingredients, and the instructions. (You must type or copy/paste the full recipe to earn points, NOT add the link to the recipe website.)

Photo 1 (20 Points)- Ingredients (1 Whole Raw Chicken)
Photo 2 (20 Points)- Preparation (Cutting Board, Rag, knives, etc.)
Photo 3 (20 Points)- Fabrication (You Cutting the Chicken)
Photo 4 (20 Points)- Final Product (Sheet tray of fabricated chicken identical to the "Example of Final Product" above) (You must show your face in this photo! 15 Points)
Submit Make a copy of the template, insert your recipe and 4 photos, save as a PDF (1 Point) and attach the single document into Educator. (See example below.)
