You will be making a dish from the list below and demonstrating how you are preventing cross-contamination.
(Dish must contain a potentially hazardous ingredient and ready-to-eat ingredients.)

Rubric - Cooking Lab (100 Points)
Recipe (19 Points) - Input the recipe into the designated area. The recipe should include the title of the dish, the ingredients, and the instructions. (You must type or copy/paste the full recipe to earn points, NOT add the link to the recipe website.)
4 Photos of Cooking Process (80 Points)
Photo 1 (20 Points)- Ingredients (potentially hazardous ingredient separated from ready-to-eat ingredients)
Photo 2 (20 Points)- Preparation (Showing prevention of cross-contamination)
Photo 3 (20 Points)- Cooking (Showing prevention of cross-contamination)
Photo 4 (20 Points)- Final Product (You must show your face in this photo! 15 Points)
Submit Make a copy of the template, insert your recipe and 4 photos, save as a PDF (1 Point) and attach the single document into Educator. (See example below.)
