Front of the House
Employees who work in the front of the house interact directly with the guests. They must be friendly and patient to leave a good impression on the customer. Being talkative and energetic are also great traits to have in these positions. The goal is they will have a pleasant experience and return to the restaurant regularly.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all kitchen operations
Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
Taste dishes before going to customers
Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
Help determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
Train new kitchen staff
